The past week of SeaWheeze training was a tough one due to heat. That’s the downside of lunch runs since it’s generally the heat of the day. I had my first 3km time trial which was definitely slower than I would have liked, followed by an easy 30-minute run.
Today was most definitely a rest day as yesterday I logged nearly 18km of running and walking around Calgary’s core during City Chase. It was a lot of fun and I can’t wait to recap it later this week for you!
