Week 1 of SeaWheeze training is done and so far I’m feeling fantastic. Only thirteen more weeks to go, so hopefully the momentum sticks, haha.
I spent Mother’s Day weekend at my parent’s house which meant my long run was done on the dreadmill instead of outside since I’m not keen on running down gravel backcountry roads with spotty cell service alone. I started watching GirlBoss though, which made the treadmill not suck so much. I even had my mini cheerleader come and encourage me to pick up the pace for the final kilometre so he could join me.
Did you get out to run today?
If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move. The point is just to have fun and motivate each other to get on our feet.
