It seems like just yesterday Mary and I were braving the winter for our weekly runs together and now here we are, bundling up in layers and hitting the trails again. It’s much too soon. There were tons of runners on the trails and Mary enjoyed a crisp 5k catching up on life. I’m excited about a less busy winter so our weekly runs can be a little more regular. It’s been hard to stay motivated to get out for a runs with no race plans or goals to work towards. However, warming up with coffee and a bubble bath is a good reason to get out on a chilly Sunday.

If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move.
