If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time, if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it for Sunday Runday this week as I was busy visiting family all day. I think I’ll be doing some horizontal running shortly though because damn, I’m tired.

Woke up feeling sore and tired and tried to get out of my Bodypump date with Ange…luckily she wasn’t having it and peer pressured me into still going! It was a tough class, but as usual, I was so glad I went!

Feeling a little under the weather this morning, I still ventured out for a short 4 k. It’s awesome how bright he sun was shining!
