The forecast going into the weekend didn’t look good, cold cold and more cold. I was checking the weather last night to see that the near -30 windchill wasn’t going to let up before Sunday morning. Womp. I texted Mary to see if she was up for Spin Sunday instead of frostbite. She was.
It was only my second class at My Revolution and I still loved it. And hated it. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much in a fitness class outside of Bikram Yoga. The best part about the Sunday morning class is that it’s a Cycle + Restore so the 45 minutes of intense on the bike is followed up with some lovely stretching on our mats. Perfection.
Hopefully next week won’t be so frigid so we can all get out together to run.
