Oh hey Friday! I’m glad it’s finally the weekend after a long and busy week. Our evenings have consisted of potty training and Liam is making some good progress for once! We’re still a long way from being diaper free, but we’re getting closer. He also started Super Hero Lessons on Wednesday, a toddler class at a cheerleading academy. I had my first book club meeting yesterday and now here we are just a few hours from the weekend.

Even the weekend is looking jam packed with swimming lessons, a yoga class, celebrating my mom’s birthday and hopefully a session out on the snowshoes.

I finally got back into the workout groove after getting sick, the holidays, and then getting sick again. I decided to commit to the 90 day Les Mills Pump program, modified slightly to incorporate running once or twice a week and a weekly yoga class. I still am taking one or two days of rest because I know that too much burns me out really quick.

    What do they do at the class Liam is going to? Nice work on the workouts this week. I want to try the Les Mills program, but don’t have a barbell. Have a great weekend!

      It’s a tumbling type class. Honestly, the facility isn’t set up to be able to watch the class which is disappointing, but they’re working on setting up video in the parent lounge.

      I got a barbell set from Canadian Tire for about $60!
