If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time, if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move. The point is just to have fun and motivate each other to get on our feet. Get out there snap a pic, and send me your mini recap to becky at thebexfactor dot com before 7pm MST every single Sunday. Or, if you’re a fellow blogger, grab the banner, link back to me and create your own Sunday Runday post!
My lingering cough from my New Year cold has me sounding like an asthmatic or that I’ve taken up smoking. It definitely affect my running this morning as my lungs were burning. Mix that with a severe lack of water yesterday and it was not my best run. Regardless, I was still out there and Mary was so patient with me taking too many walk breaks. We ran a beautiful new-to-us trail that I think we’ll be revisiting again. Despite my issues we were still keeping a good pace. I was feeling bad about it at the time but came home and remembered that not every run can be a good run and that’s ok. What matters is that I still got it done.

put your most colourful and stylish outfit on a go for a run! it works for motivation (kind of). with obnoxiously bright pink pants and polka dot gloves (and many other layers in between) i set out on a run along the bow river this morning, rejoicing that calgary’s forecast was no longer “frigid”, but just super cold. winter running is definitely not my thing, but with a race next weekend i had to get my lungs ready for the sub-zero temperatures.
I am 100% sure I need hot pink tights in my life.
Had to get out today, and luckily the weather was not too bad for the girls to be outside too. I don’t know how long or how far we went today, but my 3 running buddies all loved it, including Charlie for her first ever run since she’s been born!!
Did 5km this morning on my treadmill, I’ll be 7 months next week so just happy that I can still run. It’s the little things!

Ange finished the Dopey Challenge today, meaning on Thursday she ran a 5k, Friday she ran a 10k, yesterday she ran a half marathon, and today she ran a full marathon at Disney World. Amazing, right?
Fantastic job getting out there and crushing your Sunday runs, ladies! Hope to see all of your faces next week!
