Hi friends! How’s the weekend been?
If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time, if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move. The point is just to have fun and motivate each other to get on our feet. Get out there snap a pic, and send me your mini recap to becky at theexfactor dot com before 7pm MST every single Sunday. Or, if you’re a fellow blogger, grab the banner, link back to me and create your own Sunday Runday post!
I was at my parents today so took advantage of their treadmill for my Sunday run. I don’t do treadmill runs very often, and they are a huge struggle for me. Partway through my 3 very sweaty miles, I was really missing running with Mary in the fresh air. I was thankful for Garfunkel and Oates on Netflix to get me through.
Back in April I registered for the Seattle marathon. Due to injury I didn’t end up running the race, but decided to make the trip anyway and spent some time with my Giselle teammates cheering in the cold and fog for all the runners. Not the weekend I planned when registered, but the weekend I needed.
4km treadmill run this morning, while I wanted to run longer the bump did not so I’ll take what I can get!
Thanks for joining ladies!
See you next week!
