Ok, so who else excited that it’s mid-November and the weather continues to be absolutely amazing?! I know it definitely makes my life easier when it’s time to run since I do not have proper cold weather running gear.
It had been a couple weeks since Mary and I have ran together and it felt so good to be reunited. We took off with no plan and ended up running close to 6km in the fog. It was eerie and beautiful and felt really good to be on my feet. I dressed just right with a light long sleeve, windbreaker and headband.
I went for a run with Harley this afternoon and should have worn better layers. The wind was chilly and wasn’t expecting it! I ended up cutting it short at 5.5kms.
Not a far (or fast) run but these days getting it done is what counts! 4km on the treadmill with the bump 🙂
My first run after finishing the NYC Marathon last week. I’m still battling a cold and some muscle pain in my left quad but I needed to move! Lots of foam rolling after! Running Vegas next weekend!
Cold and windy run today but I got it done! #MilesChangeYou #RockNBlog #running #training #HalfMarathon #MizunoCanada #runhappy #RunnersOfInstagram #KeepItTight #WeRunSocial #runner #instarun #InstaRunners #Goodlife #SweatPink #FitFluential #SweatForThis

See you next Sunday!
If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time, if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, heck you don’t even need to run. Walk, jog, run, spin, lift, bend, move. The point is just to have fun and motivate each other to get on our feet. Get out there snap a pic, and send me your mini recap to becky at theexfactor dot com before 7pm MST every single Sunday. Or, if you’re a fellow blogger, grab the banner, link back to me and create your own Sunday Runday post!
