Sunday Runday #37

September 13, 2015

Happy Sunday evening!

Just a quick check in before I head off for yet another epsom salt bath and time with my book (currently reading The Vacationers). Yesterday I completed the Super Spartan which was 14km, 27 obstacles and all of the sore muscles you can think of. Needless to say, a run was not happening this morning.

However, there was the local Harvest Run happening and Liam and I headed down to the finish line to cheer on some friends who were participating. It was the perfect fall morning to enjoy our coffee and support a local race. I really hope this race isn’t on the same weekend as the Spartan next year because I’d really like to be a part of it!

See you next Sunday!

If you’re new to Sunday Runday, it’s a weekly running date for anyone and everyone to join. It doesn’t matter the distance, the time, if you’re brand new or a seasoned marathoner, the point is just to have fun and motivate each other to get on our feet. Get out and run, snap a pic, and send me your mini recap to becky at theexfactor dot com before 7pm MST every single Sunday. Or, if you’re a fellow blogger, grab the banner, link back to me and create your own Sunday Runday post!
