Piyo Core – I very nearly stayed in bed instead of getting this done. But I didn’t!

Wednesday
Piyo Buns – I did not wake up to workout this morning. I was exhausted.

Thursday
Piyo Sculpt 

Friday
Piyo Sweat

Weekend
Off – busy with birthday parties!

    Great workouts! I was going to ask in an earlier post if they kettlebell instructor came to you! Or if it was Skype or something. Very cool!

    Jase is indeed a great trainer. Very knowledgeable as well, always looking at correcting form to avoid injury. It’s been a while since I have worked out with him, but his workouts were always efficient. Made my life easier. I now have a passion for kettle bells and am prepping for a competition in July…working out on my own for now, but when hockey season ends, i will be back at Iron Ronin, getting my butt kicked while I train.

    Awesome that he comes to you!!! So worth it. Looking forward to reading this monthly segment as I have 2 kettle bells and rarely put them to use 🙂
