Eight Years

February 3, 2015

It’s crazy to see the evolution of a friendship over time. In the last eight years we’ve gone from single girls who liked to go out and have fun, to busy moms chasing after our kids. The one thing that has remained constant is our friendship of which I am thankful for every day. We may not get to celebrate that friendship like we normally do, if at all this year, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less significant. No matter if we get to sneak out without the kids, or we have to wrangle toddlers and tend to crying babies, you will always be my best. We should probably get some new photos taken together someday too…

friendversary

I love you, Cassandra. Happy eight year friendversary!

Amazing!! I LOVE this. Having a friend like this is SO important. I always say everyone needs a Whit in my case. 🙂 For you – everyone needs a Cassandra.

Love those pictures of the two of you. This post made me take a note to call my best friend (who’s in Ontario) tonight!

That’s awesome you’ve remained friends through it all! Even close friends who had kids around the same time as me didn’t remain as close as I would have thought. Clearly you two are meant to be friends forever 🙂
