Hello and welcome to #SundayRunday number 14. It was a beautiful day to be outside and I spent the entire day outside with my family. My Sunday run involved running in the back yard with Liam all afternoon. Trust me, it was just as much of a workout!

From Jenni:
Rough Sunday Runday for me today. Out visiting family and had a couple too many beers last night. I had told my nephew yesterday before said beers that he could chase me on his bicycle. I’m sure glad I did because he was not gonna let aunty Jenni forget it this morning. 2 soggy km in less than 12min. I was mostly proud I didn’t get sick. Sure Glad I got out there.


From Steph:
Em and I ran 4km in 28:30 this morning! Well, I ran, she ate cheesies ๐Ÿ˜‰ I’m working on 5k, thought my new route was longer, but it’s not.


From Jen:
I planned for a slow 10km as a recovery run. I ended up feeling great on the run and completed it in 1:05 which is a lot faster than I was intending. I also conquered the Calgary river valley hill without stopping for the first time. I was so happy with myself and was rewarded by the amazing view.
