Holy moly how is it 9pm on Friday night already?! The past week was painful and I’m so happy it’s finally the weekend. Things have been crazy at work. I’ve been managing a coworkers job while she’s on holidays and it’s been a bit of a stressful mess to say the least. I haven’t even had time for my own duties and by the time I leave at the end of the day, my brain is mush. I’m so thankful for only a week and a half of work left until my own vacation!
This week I’ve been focusing on yoga and it’s been AH-MAY-ZING. Let’s hope I can even remember everything I’ve done though!
My first #SundayRunday! It was short, slow and left me with shin splints. That’s ok though because it felt so good to hit the trail and enjoy the sun. Too bad the weather has turned cold and snowy again so who knows when I’ll get out for my next run.

Tomorrow morning I’m going to try and do a short yoga video with Liam in the morning but then hopefully do some Yoga Meltdown in the evening. If anyone knows any good Toddler and Me yoga videos online, I’d love to hear about them!
