I started doing Focus T25 Total Body Circuit but just wasn’t into it after 5 minutes so I quit to do a half hour hatha series via Yogaglo.com

[Thursday]
Focus T25 Cardio

[Friday]
It’s suppose to be Focus T25 Double Day and the last two workouts of the Alpha cycle, but I have plans this evening so I will do these two workouts over the weekend instead. I’m very excited to start the next phase of Focus T25 and mix the workouts up again. I will admit, I’m a little scared of what this next phase will bring! I’m feeling really good about the program though. I’ve been working up a decent sweat in the evenings and think I’ve been making some progress so I hope the next phase brings me even more results.

I’m hoping to get in a class at Breathing Room Saturday morning or at least a video or two from Yogaglo.com over the weekend as well.
