Focus T25 Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals

[Sunday]

[Monday]
It was suppose to be Focus T25 Cardio but after I got Liam to bed I was just exhausted and had a pounding headache. I wasn’t sure if it was caffeine withdrawal from the energy drink in the Advocare 24 day challenge or if I was coming down with the cold Liam’s had. I decided it best to go to bed super early instead of fighting through a workout

[Tuesday]
Focus T25 Total Body Circuit + some foam rolling after

[Wednesday]
Focus T25 Lower Focus

[Thursday]
Focus T25 Total Body Circuit – it seriously feels like this is the only disc I’ve done this week! Three times in one week is A LOT! And it’s scheduled twice next week again! Thank god next week is the final week for the Alpha cycle and the workouts will be changing after!

[Friday]
Focus T25 Ab Intervals and Speed 1.0 are on schedule after work tonight. These are my favourite ones and I’m kind of looking forward to getting them done.

As usual I’m hoping to get in some yoga this weekend but I don’t think I’ll be able to hit the studio this time.

    You will love Beta!! I do. But I always feel like the last week on the calendar I’m ready to move on! I have 2 more workouts then I’m done beta! Good work mama!!
