Happy Friday!! Before I dive into fitness talk, let’s announce the winner of the Be-Filled day planner! The lucky winner is Alix! Woohoo!

Since I was feeling under the weather most of last week, I decided to start do Week 2 of Focus T25 even though I should be on Week 3. I don’t feel so much like I’m dying like I did in the first week, but I still don’t feel like I’m rocking it.

Focus T25 Cardio

[Tuesday]
Focus T25 Total Body Circuit

[Wednesday]
Focus T25 Speed 1.0 which so far is my favourite workout from this program

[Thursday]
Focus T25 Cardio
15 minute Ashtanga routine

[Friday]
Focus T25 Double Day of Lower Focus and Ab Intervals

On tap for this weekend is some more yoga, focusing on Ashtanga and maybe learning the progression to handstand?? We’ll see. We are nearing the end of January already and hopefully everyone stays on track with their new fitness routines in February! Have a great weekend everyone.
