What I Love Wednesday

November 13, 2013

Hey guys, guess what day it is?

That commercial is the best, I couldn’t help it.

So, if you follow me on Twitter, you may have noticed I was a bit of a cranky pants yesterday. It seems sickness has hit our house yet again. Since last Thursday, Liam hasn’t been sleeping well which means neither has mama. Yesterday it was after midnight before he finally settled down without crying every half an hour. But at 5am he started crying hard and loud and I couldn’t calm him down. All I wanted was that one hour of sleep before my alarm. I wasn’t sure if it was sickness, teething, affects of needles two weeks ago, growth spurt, sudden nightmares or what was going on. Then I started feeling under the weather and Liam’s snotty nosed returned. Joy.

To offset the sleepiness and sickness, I thought I’d share some things I’m loving lately:

Yogi Tea – I drink a cup of chamomile tea before bed every night and Yogi Tea is by FAR, my favourite brand. The flavour is amazing and the cute little inspirations on the tea bag make me smile. This tea is hard to find in stores here but I’ve started ordering it off my next love…

Well.ca – this website is the BEST. I can order all of my cloth diaper supplies, plus all of Liam’s other necessities that I usually had to go to multiple stores to find all from one site. This website has literally everything to order and once you spend $25, you get free shipping plus free samples the more you spend. It ships super fast right to your door. I probably have been making a big monthly order the last couple months since discovering it. So glad I found it.

Live Clean Exotic Nectar Replenishing Lotion – Now that winter appears to be here for good, my skin has become super dry. This stuff keeps my skin nice and soft and itch free. The only thing is that it takes a lot to get it all rubbed in but maybe I just use more than I should?

Laughing Cow Cheese – Since I’ve kind of stopped trying to be Paleo, I started buying cheese again. I’ve never bought Laughing Cow before but the garlic and herb kind sounded super delicious and I thought it would make a good addition to scrambled eggs. Man was I right! I throw a couple wedges in while the eggs are cooking and Liam and I both nearly inhale it for it’s deliciousness. If you’re a big egg eater and looking for something to spruce them up a little, I suggest Laughing Cow!

That’s all my love for today folks!

What is your current love?

All products have been purchased myself and I’m not being compensated to tell you that I love them.
