This morning I decided to go for my morning run while Liam had his first nap. It couldn’t have worked out any better, he woke up about 5 minutes after I walked in the door!

While I was on my run I decided to start a new weekly feature, #sundayrunday. I always try and get my run in on Sunday while Layne is home to watch the baby and I usually always throw up a photo on Instagram with my #sundayrunday tag. Each week I’m going to share my run and hope that you will all join me! I want to see your photos from your #sundayrunday or links to your own #sundayrunday posts!

I felt like I could have ran farther today, but wanted to get back before Liam woke up. Refueled with a shake using Athletic Alliance Prodigy Protein in Vanilla. Seriously, the taste of this stuff is on point, so good!

    This is a cool idea! Maybe it will give me some motivation to get running!

      I use Endomondo or Run Meter

    It would also be great to know where or what trail u ran.

      I usually just run the path by my house just along Taylor drive between 32 and the Vat. It’s the easiest since I don’t always have lots of time to go out somewhere else. I will def post when I I somewhere new!

    Thanks for the inspiration. I went on a run today becuse of your post! Same thing, just started from my house and turned around to come back when the path did. 🙂

    I used Nike run, but I think it only goes in miles instead of KM

    way to go girl!
    my run today was my half marathon, NBD.. lol knee is killing me though still 🙁 suuucks
