Final Cleanse Day!

I MADE IT! Well the day isn’t over yet but I’ve consumed everything I need to consume today which means my next mail will be a real meal! Hurrah!

Day 5:
Breakfast – 1 Digest + Cleanse, 1 Balance Complete shake, 2 oz NingXia Red
Snack – 1 pear
Lunch –  1 Digest + Cleanse, 1 Balance Complete shake, 2 oz NingXia Red
Snack – 1 cup raw sauerkraut or other active, friendly bacteria such as kefir or unsweetened yogurt (I opted for yogurt for sure)
Dinner – 1 Digest + Cleanse, 1 Balance Complete shake, 2 oz NingXia Red
Snack – 1 cup miso soup or vegetable broth

Your food cravings are gone, you are ready to continue putting good food into your cleansed body. You feel great and look forward to your next cleanse.

Today I was the most hungry I think. I definitely still have food cravings, but mostly I just want a real meal. I still had normal amounts of energy throughout the day and wasn’t dying of hunger so it hasn’t been a horrible day in the least. I’m glad that I made it through this successfully without biting anyone’s head off or passing out.

Unfortunately I don’t own a scale and was unsure what my starting weight was when I started this cleanse so I have no basis on any weightloss. Mr Fitness’s mother just completed this cleanse and lost 5 pounds, which I think is about normal for her. She cleanses four times a year, as it states you should.

Some people have said they don’t think they could do a cleanse because of how they’d feel with so little food. If I can do it, anyone can. I get ravenously hungry and have hypoglycemia so if I don’t eat when I’m hungry, there may be trouble. If I get overly hungry I sometimes get incredibly irritable and it’s best for you to feed me NOW before I bite your head off. I can also get shaky and light headed, it’s not a fun time. I haven’t felt that way the entire week though so I’m definitely getting what my body needs to get through with this.

That being said, I haven’t been going to the gym because I didn’t want to push my body over the limits with no fuel. Light cardio probably would have been ok and I really should have been doing some but I’ve been busy with some wedding stuff this week (horrible excuse, I know).

    woohoo! good job. I liked reading how you did it, and with hypoglycemia. I am the exact same way, I get super cranky when i haven’t eaten in awhile, its super bad haha. I may need to do a cleanse sometime, but maybe after i’m done with my intense training program

      Yeah Allison – something like the Master Cleanse I don’t think I would do as well on, for one I think it sounds disgusting and I don’t think it has enough to keep me going during the day. This cleanse was very easy. If you’re ever interested in doing this cleanse I can hook you up! 😉
